     Someone who keep the glucose level between or close to normal glucose levels, is not subject to Diabetes complications or the percentage for Diabetes complication is low.

     The most common "complication" on Diabetics is hypoglycemia, hypoglycemia is the low level of glucose in blood, this is happening to Diabetics if they take more insulin units than they require or from physical exercise. Every Diabetic should feel and understand the symptoms of hypoglycemia, some symptoms are the following:

  • Feel tired.

  • Difficulty to think and talk.

  • Change of behavior.

  • Headache.

  • Hungry.

  • Dizziness.

  • Faint feelings.

  • Perspiration.

  • Tremble.

  • Fuzzy vision.

Every Diabetic should carry always, glucose tablets or sugar or honey or small snack.

     If you are not keep your glucose close or between the normal levels for long period, then maybe you will have some health problems, Diabetes is responsible for health problems as the followings:

  • Heart diseases.

  • Cerebral episodes.

  • Blood pressure.

  • Vascular problems.

  • Contaminations.

  • Erection problems (for man).

  • Eye problems.

  • Kidney problems.

  • Ulcer which never heal.

It's on your hand to keep your glucose levels between or close to normal levels.
